"I joined Phi Psi because I saw the opportunity to improve my character by being a part of something that was bigger than myself. Phi Psi can provide all the proper tools for success and it is up to the individual to use those tools to create a brighter future. What I have already gained from Phi Psi is what I feel is like a lifetime of experiences that I will share with my brothers forever. Phi Psi has been the greatest family I could ever be a part of and I am blessed to wear our letters."

"I joined Phi Psi as an opportunity to better myself. Greek Life was something I never considered until I found Phi Psi. Going through recruitment I knew that Phi Psi was the only chapter I would consider joining. I choose this chapter for its genuine guys and strong values. What I have gained from Phi Psi is personal growth. Since joining I have become a better gentleman and I owe it to the amazing men part of this organization that make me better. I hope to continue to grow in the area or leadership now while serving as the Vice President.

I joined Phi Psi because I found a group of men who would be able to support me in times of need. They are a great network of gentlemen whom have allowed me to grow as a man. I've been able to travel, received scholarships, and reviewed friends for life. Phi Psi was the best decision I've made in college and I benefit from it everyday.

While going through recruitment I was looking for a place where I felt the most comfortable and where I thought the best men could be my role models. At the end of rush week, the clear answer was Phi Psi for me. Since joining Phi Psi I have found my home away from home. I have been gifted with the best brothers any man could dream of and I have found the leaders that will guide me down the path of adulthood.

I joined Phi Psi because I wanted to be more involved on the campus but it led me to find a family that I never expected to had. Phi Psi have given a group of brothers that I am confident will always have my back no matter what. From Phi Psi, I have gained a connection with so many guys that I share the same values with. I have gained excellent leadership skills with my current positions that I know will help me throughout my career. I love this place and everything it has done for me.

I never thought that I would join Greek Life, but it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was seeking a group of guys to become friends with, but instead I found a Brotherhood for life. I choose this chapter because the sense of Brotherhood I have not seen anywhere before. The leadership skills I have begun to dive into have been amazing. What I hope to gain from Phi Psi is academic excellence, and striving to work everyday in everything I do. I could not be more proud to represent the greatest Brotherhood I have ever been apart of.
Messenger: Matthew DePiero...Fall 15'
Major(s): Supply Chain Management
Minor(s): International Business
I joined Phi Kappa Psi because I wanted to be a part of a great group of guys who share common interests, be part of a family, and continue on the DePiero legacy. While being member of the grievance committee, I have learned to look at situations with an open mind and I am reminded that although my brothers will make mistakes it is my job to help them learn from a bad decision. I have also been a member of the social committee which has taught me to let my hair down and have a good time but at the same time realizing that I am a brother of Phi Kappa Psi and that I must be respectful of others. I currently hold the position of Messenger as well as chairing the Risk Management Committee. I hope to continue my volunteerism with the Boys & Girls Club as well as become more involved with the internal operations of the Ohio Theta chapter of Phi Kappa Psi. I believe that I will achieve these goals through my new position of Messenger and the chair of the Risk Management Committee.
Chaplain: Ricardo Loera...Fall 15'
Major(s): Sports Communications and Public Relations
I joined Phi Kappa Psi because I wanted to better myself as a leader and really give back to the community. Not only that, when I rushed I felt a strong sense of brotherhood and it made me feel at home. This place was something special and I couldn't pass it up. I gained a great deal of responsibility and leadership. I see myself growing more and more and being elected 2 of the 9 elected positions of in the past year has really shown how far I have come in the the past year and a half.
